Warranty

We warrant that our products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies only to products used for their intended purpose. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, liquid exposure, unauthorized modification, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or use outside recommended operating conditions.

If you believe an item you received is defective, contact us through our contact page with supporting details. We may request photos or video evidence to evaluate the issue.

At our discretion, we will resolve valid warranty claims through product replacement or refund. Replacement items carry the balance of the original warranty coverage.

This warranty is limited and does not cover incidental or consequential losses, including lost data, lost time or other indirect damages.

Warranty claims are subject to review. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also hold other rights under applicable local consumer laws.
